This is written to someone who believes that everyone has the right to free medication even if it is just for the purposes feeling good. There are people that help with that and keeping everyone medicated - free from pain. Sometimes you have extra medication that you don't mind giving to a needy cause. Instead of wasting the surplus of medication, and we are the most wasteful country in the world, you decide to give it to a friend there is nothing wrong with that and it is illegal for them to say that there is something wrong with that.
